Use Casesfor Device independent events

I spent a good portion of this week entering in use cases from the various
product teams from IBM.  I am looking to not only use cases commonly found
for HTML content but also content generated using HTML5 Canvas and SVG for
things like drawings and presentation tools. I also made changes based on
Doug's request to be more higher level and less requirements like. We have
about 30 use cases now. I am still getting feedback from IBM product teams.
