Colleagues: We have regrets from key participants so I have determined it's best to cancel our scheduled teleconference this Wednesday, 8 August. Our next call will be Wednesday 22 August. Without discussion of these proposals we would probably conclude that they are, in fact, ready for formatting and publication by the Task Force as our FPWD. Somehow, I suspect our silence is not actually ascent to a FPWD just yet!
