Meeting this week and a mailing list

All,

   I have created a w3c mailing list that we should use for this effort 
which will both build an archive but also make sure we're able to keep 
everyone in the loop.  We should try to move this ahead this week if at 
all possible.  I have sent a separate note to Alolita to get her current 
with our call last week and to ask her to provide a list similar to the 
one Parimal put in the Google Folder.   Main goal of the call this week 
- getting a list of people we should meet with the week of 27 November.

Here are some options I would like to explore for the call:

Tuesday, 14 Nov

  * 0700 PST / 1000 EST / 1500 GMT / 2030 IST
  * 0800 PST / 1100 EST / 1600 GMT / 2130 IST
  * 2200 PST / (Wed) 0100 EST / 0600 GMT / 1130 IST (not ideal)

Wednesday, 15 Nov

  * 0800 PST / 1100 EST / 1600 GMT / 2130 IST
  * 2200 PST / (Thurs) 0100 EST / 0600 GMT / 1130 IST (not ideal)

Let's see what we can do to find something that works!
