Bug in calendar emails.

Hi Everyone,

There appears to be a bug where when the calendar changes to cancel a meeting, the W3C calendar email bot also sends out a random agenda from a few months ago.

Today's meeting is cancelled but I will be hanging out in the meeting for 20 minutes in case anyone turns up anyway.

Please remember to mark issues you would like to be discussed at TPAC I will be putting together a draft agenda this week.
