WebXR reports the display time<https://www.w3.org/TR/webxr/#dom-xrframe-predicteddisplaytime> that describes when the system expects a frame to be displayed. If the frame take longer to calculate, the system will apply time warp to give the appearance of smoothness (aka reprojection/timewarp).
