This is the big ticket item that may take most/all of the meeting since it
is one of the big blockers for moving WebXR into CR, we need to help
Brandon write the a11y doc. There is lots of context spread around that
needs to be gathered together. This will be a group drafting activity to
bring a document mostly together.

Feel free to drop in notes before the meeting. If there is an issue with
