Weekly summary (no CG call tomorrow)

Hello, immersive web folks!

There will be no CG call tomorrow, December 4th.

Below is a summary of the activity in the CG repos last week. It has been
quiet in the CG, probably because a lot of the US folks have been out for
the Thanksgiving holiday

There are two new proposal Issues discussing subtitles in immersive scenes
and I've heard from Ravi at Magic Leap that they're close to posting an
initial explainer in the new spatial-favicons feature repo.
