layers#314 createQuad/Cylinder/Equirect/CubeLayer init param cannot be optional - requested by toji
The layers spec shows that the init param to the creation functions for most layer types is optional, defaulting to {}. However each of these init types are inherited from XRLayerInit dictionary, which has three required args:

model-element#127 Model scale uniformity - requested by mkeblx
Should model explicitly support an entityTransform that has a non-uniform scale?

administrivia#220 Archive webvrrocks repository? - requested by himorin
domain seems expired, and contents are quite old compared than webxr-samples repository. (nor listed at the top of this organization?)
