Important, CFPs for Candidate Recommendation for WebXR Core, AR Module & Gamepad

Hi Everyone,

It's about time for our working group to finally complete some specs, to
start this process going we have a CFP for moving the following specs to
Candidate Recommendation (CR)
WebXR Core <https://github.com/immersive-web/webxr>
AR Module <https://github.com/immersive-web/webxr-ar-module>
Gamepad <https://github.com/immersive-web/webxr-gamepads-module>
If you think that any of these APIs are incomplete and still need major
work then please reply with your concerns.
This isn't a feature freeze but additional features will require a 2nd
level.
If you are happy with this please state that you are so we can mint our
first specs with enthusiasm.
