[ Immersive Web Working Group ](https://www.w3.org/groups/wg/immersive-web/calendar)Hi everyone,

It's time for our first face to face meeting since the start of the pandemic. We are excited to see you in person in San Francisco, if you can make it. If not, as always, we will have our video and chat available for anyone to join in remotely.

Our meeting dates are April 21-22nd. At this time, San Francisco event location is getting ready to open it's doors. In the case of a sudden increase in Covid numbers and change in city mandate, we will have to cancel and have the meeting online only. Please make your travel arrangements accordingly.

Feel free to create new issues that you want to discuss and tag them face-to-face on our github repos. Once we have the topics, we will ask for your availability and the topics you want to join the discussion. We will publish the agenda closer to the event time to make sure we have everybody's current topic requests. You can always email <immersive-web-chairs@w3.org> if you have a request that you do not want to share publicly.
