Seconded; Thank you to the chairs and W3C staff for ferrying layers to the next step toward standardization! 

Also, thank you to everyone who pitched in on the spec and in conversations. It has been great to see folks from so many orgs take part. As a developer, I'm pretty excited about what layers will bring to the wider web. This is one of those features that will enable entirely new application categories on the web.
