Re: Attention: Intent to publish new WebXR working draft.

Some context that I provided in the call and want to re-provide here for
those who weren't present:

We (the editors) think that we are *very* close to releasing a WebXR
Candidate Recommendation, with only three CR blocker issues open (and we
have an idea of the resolution for each). This WD is likely to be a sneak
preview of what the CR will look like. Note that agreeing to the WD being
published does not automatically mean you agree to the CR: I believe there
will be another "intent to publish" for the CR as well. However, there's a
good chance that this proposed WD will be what the final CR looks like.

As we are getting closer to CR, if you have issues with the core WebXR
specification that would change the API or behavior, please file them soon!
