Re: Call for Consensus (CfC): First Published Working Drafts of WebXR Gamepad Module and AR Module

I realized we had never formally recorded the consensus here, and we need
to do so in order to publish. There was general support for and no
objections to publishing the First Published Working Drafts of both the
WebXR Gamepad Module and WebXR Augmented Reality Module, so the Chairs have
concluded that we have consensus to publish.
