Queueing and chairing

Hey all,

Ada and I have been discussing how we can improve the flow of our telecons
and FTF meetings.  Based on some feedback, we plan to be a little stricter
with enforcing the queue, with a caveat - if you want to reply specifically
to something someone just said, clarify that with "q+ to answer Brandon's
question" or "q+ to ask about how this affects headset AR" or the like.
This will enable your chairs to manage the queue more effectively - because
we will sometimes take the queue out of order to keep the conversation
tighter.  This is an experiment in managing conversations better while
still encouraging diversity in participation, so we appreciate everyone's
patience as we try it out, and we would also appreciate any feedback.  (
