folks, You may have noticed that a couple of days ago i updated the gap-analysis documents for Bengali, Devanagari, and Tamil. This was to bring the structure in line with the new categorisation used for the language matrix and typography index. It was always part of the plan to have gaps described in the gap-analysis document, and the requirements in an lreq doc. Today i also added a preliminary draft for a Bengali layout requirements (lreq) document at https://w3c.github.io/iip/bengali/. This allows us to begin capturing the requirements related to the gap-analysis issues we are documenting. Of course, this is a very preliminary version of the document, and i would request that you review the (small amount of) text it contains, and raise github issues for anything that needs addressing. I plan to shortly update the Gurmukhi and Gujurati gap-analysis docs, and to provide preliminary lreq docs for Devanagari and Tamil. best regards, ri
