If I can add one more to the group Mark mentioned,

is also under discussion; it was Last Called in 2019, stalled, and is being
brought back.  Its primary goal is to discuss how registries determine what
DNS labels will be allowed within the context of internationalized domain
names, so it will impact the authority section of URIs if approved.
