I found http://vird2002.s8.xrea.com/javascript/rfc3986.js which seems to produce correct results. I've updated https://url.spec.whatwg.org/interop/test-results/ to make use of this to allow you to select valid/invalid URI references or conforming/non-conforming URLs. > Best regards, Julian - Sam Ruby
