DOMCrypt. Re: Draft Web Identithy Working Group Charter for Discussion

Hi,

Would it be possible to start the WG section with the creation
of use-cases?  Message encryption have to date been crippled
by thorny key distribution issues.  It is possible that the
web holds the solution.  I can't tell without having a clear(er)
picture of the anticipated use-cases.
