My apologies if this is an inappropriate use of this list, but does anyone here by any chance know the current state of the code at this URL and/or how to contact the author? http://savannah.gnu.org/task/?6432 It purports to be an implementation of Daniel Bernstein's curve25519 algorithm but when I tried running it all the internal tests failed.
