No IDCG meeting next week

Everyone,

TPAC meetings are still happening next week and it's been a busy time 
for many of us lately, so there will be no meeting on 3 November. We'll 
all meet again on 17 November.

In the meantime please continue to discuss issues on the Github 
repository, and also to give some thought to where we take the BLM 
statement next - in particular any practical steps we can take.
