RE: draft agenda: Joint IDCG-PWECG TPAC meeting, 13 Oct 2020, 2-4pm UTC

Thanks so much for putting this together. I'm not sure I love the idea of opening up proposals to add to CEPC because, in reality, we are not likely to make changes to it for quite a while. I wonder if we might add an item that focuses on inclusiveness. We spend a lot of time talking about diversity. What happens if we magically get a more diverse group next week? How will we make all our new members feel a sense of belonging?

Subject: draft agenda: Joint IDCG-PWECG TPAC meeting, 13 Oct 2020, 2-4pm UTC

Léonie, Tzviya,

Based on today’s IDCG meeting where we discussed agenda items for next week joint PWECG/IDCG meeting at TPAC, I’ve created:
  https://github.com/w3c/idcg/blob/main/2020-10-13_joint-PWECG-IDCG-meeting.md

with the 4 ideas that came up on today’s call:

 • Any addition/modification to CEPC that could encourage a better and more inclusive environment
	• CEPC training plan
	• IDCG issues that have a PWE angle [Léonie to dig those up]
 • What other training people might be interested in?

Tzviya, if there are topics that arise from the PWECG, please, let us know in e-mail here or in GH.

If there are further suggestions, please share those in e-mail here or in GH in the next days or do.

Coralie
