Thanks Coralie. I've drafted a proposed email for the AC. It has a couple of gaps (for the donation amounts, and for the person to contact). Thoughts? Hello AC, In 2018 we launched the TPAC diversity fund, and with help from member organisations, we've enabled people from under-represented groups to attend TPAC in Lyon and Fukuoka. In 2018 we raised $5,280 with donations from ConsenSys, Microsoft, Samsung, and The Paciello Group. This enabled two people from under-represented groups to attend TPAC in Lyon. In 2019 we raised $14,770 with donations from Adobe, Coil, Dyno Mapper, Google, Microsoft, Samsung, Siteimprove, TetraLogical, and The Paciello Group, plus individual donations from Chaals Nevile and Marcos Cáceres. This enabled seven people from under-represented groups to attend TPAC in Fukuoka. In 2020 we want to enable even more people from under-represented groups to attend TPAC, and to make our community stronger and more diverse. In 2019 we received donations from individuals, and from member organisations who donated between $500 and $??? each. Please help us do more in 2020! As you plan your 2020 budgets, please make a commitment to donate to the TPAC diversity fund in 2020. We already have commitments from two member organisations, and we hope they'll be joined by other members of the W3C community. For more information or to make a commitment to the 2020 TPAC diversity fund, please contact Max/Alan?
