Also, does -1 mean you object to us making the proposed change, or just that you prefer the term "grant" (I don't mind either term, to be clear).

If you would accept the term "fund", but prefer "grant", that is important to know, and to do so your vote should be "0". (If you think "fund" is completely unacceptable, "-1" is the vote you want.
