I also fixed the link on the home page to point to the XML (XHTML) version of the file, since the auto-generation of HTML is busted for some reason (Martin?) See http://www.w3.org/International/ws/ws-i18n-requirements-edit/Overview.xml The major changes (if you can call them that) are in requirement #005 pertaining to Tex's comments in our telecon a few weeks ago. Please review these changes and the document as a whole with an eye towards publishing this document shortly as a Note.
