Usage Scenarios: Status updated

Dear TF members,

I have just updated the 'Status of this Document' section of
the Usage Scenarios document. You can find it at:
http://www.w3.org/International/ws/ws-i18n-scenarios-edit/Overview.html
Please check it and tell me if anything in the Status does not match
your expectations. I have also made a slight (I hope insignificant)
tweak to the Abstract, so please check that, too.
