Re: [zh-hans] Intention of translation

This document is still in the early stages of development, and is 
regularly changed and added to. I wouldn't recommend translating it at 
this point, because you will need to constantly track the content and 
update the translation.  At the moment, even small changes to the 
existing content could make the translation obsolete, since the text is 
very concise.
