RE: New Proposal Status

What I mean is the U1826+FVS4-Medial in the Summary part  is contradictory
with the 

ZWJ+U1826+FVS3+ZWJ expression in 7th part of the NEW VARIANTS section.

Can you give explicit details on the contradictions in the New Variant's 7th
