Yes. It is the alternative forms for NNBSP+U+1824. It is one isolate form of
the character in real world.

Provide the possibility for this spelling is no harm for the total
structure.

 

Additionally, same on U+1826 isolate form.  It is same with NNBSP+U+1826,
and 

U+1822 isolate form is same with NNBSP+1822.

 

It is not a big deal, it is our consideration to provide one more
possibility to users.
