I meant to mention one other item as far as approach to our discussion from here.
We have discussed the MVS and the NNBSP.
We have a potential solution to NNBSP-related problems.
>From here I suggest we proceed from U+1820 on the Ishida Font Comparison site and talk about each code-point in order from U+1820 to U+18AA.
The only issue I see at U+1820 is the same as Richard just brought up about the Medial+FVS2.
It is related to the same issues as U+1828, U+182C, U+182D, U+1835, and U+1836, so we can discuss these, then double back and continue with U+1821 onwards.

We are winding down on the NNBSP discussion.

Let's go ahead with another topic as attached dealing with 6 FVS assignments. The basic issue is that the current specification says to make the assignment at one position whereas the glyph is processed by OT rulings at another position.
