村田 真 ---------- Forwarded message --------- From: Jan McSorley <mcsorleyjan@gmail.com> Date: 2024年7月3日(水) 2:19 Subject: WCAG 3 Subgroup Survey - Due July 8, 2024 To: <public-global-inclusion@w3.org>, public-cognitive-a11y-tf < public-cognitive-a11y-tf@w3.org> Hi everyone, If you would like to have a meaningful impact on the development of version 3 of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, then please complete the Accessibility Guidelines Subgroup Survey <https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35422/subgroups-june-24/> by July 8, 2024. *Time Requirements for Subgroup Members* - 4 hours per week - Attend meetings for at least 6 of the 8 weeks devoted to the subgroup sprints. Depending on the subgroup and the availability of volunteers, dates and times will be set between July 29, 2024 through the end of September. *Subgroups Topics for 6 WCAG 3 Outcomes:* 1. *Adjust Color: *Users are able to adjust color schemes 2. *Haptic stimulation: *Protects users from haptic over-stimulation 3. *Implied meaning in figurative language: *Explain figurative language or non-literal language such as jokes, sarcasm, hyperbole, metaphors, similes, and idioms. 4. *Keyboard Only: *All functionality can be performed through the keyboard interface only, except where the underlying function requires input that depends on the path of the user's movement and not just the endpoints. 5. *Section Labels: *Sections of content have clear visual and programmatic labeled 6. *Voice Interaction *Scratchpad (No guidance is yet written. This is just starting at the scratchpad phase) Topics 3 and 5 (Implied meaning and Section labels) have a strong tie-in to COGA's clear-language work. Thank you for considering this opportunity. *Jan McSorley* *Accessibility Consultant* *512-731-7957 (mobile)* linkedin.com/in/janmcsorley <https://www.linkedin.com/in/janmcsorley> *We put a man on the moon in the 1960's.
