   I'm talking with Kida-san for pointed items, also we have an issue as:

   I really agree that we should have "(TBD)" or something, but still wondering what we
could put into README, like title itself is still TBD. Kida-san is seeking existing
items (e.g. some note in /docs/ or issue, in jlreq repository; or email archive), but
not yet reached to a position to insert something...
   And, yes of course, we'll add a link to this new repository into jlreq README shortly.
