I made some more edits with change marks to http://www.w3.org/International/its/techniques/its-techniques.html Some of the proposed changes are a little more substantive than just improvements to language, so please indicate whether you have any issues with the proposals. Most important changes are in BPs 8, 9 and 14. Yves and Jirka, mischief managed - edit token back in your court.
