Possible bug in TEI integration

Hi,

while I was adding conformance statements to BP I have found the
possible problem in TEI+ITS integration.

If you look at example 47 it references span.attributes pattern. But
this pattern represents ITS attributes in no namespace. But we have
previously decided that ITS attributes should be in ITS namespace when
present on non-ITS elements.

Could author of TEI+ITS integration check this and correct it if necessary?
