   Yves: Jirka found some errors, I made the fixes. I'll send another
   mail for testing to Jirka
   ... documents have been regenerated. None of the changes effect the
   test suite.

   Yves: we have two implementations for each feature now
   ... any further comments about changes in the spec?

   Sebastian: a bit worried about taking away the namespace from e.g.
   the attributes at e.g. ruby element
   ... does this break s.t., e.g. is it a noticable change?

   Yves: I had no problem with my implementation
   ... we put the pointer part of ruby "at risk" because it is not
   likely to be implemented widely

   Sebastian: our implementations demonstrate that it is possible

   Yves: I would people encourage to use local Ruby anyway

   Yves: we want to move from CR to PR, only updating the change log

   Christian: what is left todo in the change log?

   Felix: merge some bugzilla issues which are doubles, I'll do that

   Yves: everybody fine with requesting to move to PR?

   RESOLUTION: everybody agrees to request transition of ITS tagset
   draft to PR

f2f meeting

   Yves: we have been looking at XTech
   ... but we don't have a room yet in Paris
   ... it would be the week of XTech

   Christian: SAP has an office in Paris, we might be able to use the
   location

   current plan is f2f meeting in Paris, dates of 14 (Monday),15,16

   in May

   christian: about the activity until the f2f
   ... Yves and Felix have a transition call

   Yves: yes, next week

   Christian: what will the WG do after that?

   Yves: we will have a month after that waiting for feedback

   Felix: we continue to get feedback, esp. from the AC

   Yves: most of the f2f will be working on BP document
   ... hopefully by the end of march ITS will be a REC

   Christian: how about special outreach activities?

   Yves: nothing planned currently
   ... that is s.t. we can think about next month as well
   ... this was the shortest meeting we ever had! Thanks for helping
   getting to PR request
