By the way, one additional note: The term "Precedence order" has been throwing me off several times. To me it normally means "the order in which the members of an expression are evaluated" (just like in math or in programming) and in the specification we use the term with a list that show the reverse order in which the rules should be evaluated (which is more like a "overriding order"). I've been afraid that at some point someone is going to implement the exact reverse order we intended. But maybe that's just me: I'm guessing that term used like that in other W3C specification(?)
