Hi everyone, I've re-worked the BP section's layout based on our discussion of last week. I've removed the 'Legacy data' header and move the text under the 'How do to this' with a tag line saying "For existing DTD and schema". It does look more logical now. I've added some text for section "Provide a way to override translatability information", "Provide a way to specify text directionality". I've reworked the section "Specify the language of the content" based on Richard, and Martin's feedback (and Christian's early on). I'll probably do some more changes until Wednesday.
