r12a has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/ilreq: == Unicode code point values in text == 3. Text segmentation http://w3c.github.io/ilreq/#h_text_segmentation I suggest to also add Unicode code point values, eg. > phrase separator called Danda or purnaviram (U+0964 DEVANAGARI DANDA ।) and double danda (U+0965 DEVANAGARI DOUBLE DANDA ॥), which is used to mark end of the verse.
