I see http://www.w3.org/International/groups/indic-layout/ says "The task force will initially focus on the following languages: Hindi, Marathi, Punjabi , Bengali, Telugu. Additional languages will be included based on the availability of linguistic and typographic experts." If it can be included, I would be happy to contribute linguistic and typographic expertise on Tibetan script. Tibetan script is used for a number of languages spoken in Ladakh, Himachel Pradesh, Sikkim, and Arunachel Pradesh as well as by Tibetans settled in India Chris Fynn Dzongkha Development Commission Thimphu, Bhutan
