Anybody can subscribe to this list. Subscribers can send email to and receive email from the list. This list is intended to support the work of the Hebrew layout task force. Most, if not all, technical discussions should be conducted using the github issue list at https://github.com/w3c/hlreq/issues. This list can be used as a fallback when really necessary. Meeting minutes will be sent to this list, and this list will also receive notifications from github of activity on issues, pull requests, etc. *Note* when replying to a notification email you should ensure that the thread continues on github, and not fork the conversation onto this list. It's recommended to work in github, if you can. You should also subscribe yourself to issues of interest, or watch the hlreq repository.
