Cancelling today's meeting

Chaps,

John is unable to make it today, and has not been able to create his article skeleton.  So I thing we should cancel today's telecon unless anyone has any other topics they'd like to discuss. (David has also sent regrets.)

Russ, if you have any new information on the IE IDN article, I'd like to chat with you briefly.  

I will put out some suggestions wrt quick tips improvements by email, and I'll try to do some work on the language declaration best practises document.  I'd be grateful if you could review this and send comments to the list.

Note that if all goes to plan, next weeks telecon may well be the very last ever GEO telecon.  Hope to hear you then.
