Phew, that was harder than I'd expected. But I have added the ability to open/close a section to the techniques index, see http://www.w3.org/International/techniques/language and added +/- graphics to the topic index (and restyled to be more like the other index to boot), see http://www.w3.org/International/resource-index I also tinkered with one or two other things that you probably won't notice, but will help me in future to maintain the scripts. And I thought and thought about how we could harmonise more the approaches in the two types of index, but didn't feel I'd discovered anything that would make me change things right now.
