Wiki notification changes

Chaps,

You may have noticed that I have been playing with the wikis and now any changes made are notified to public-i18n-geo@w3.org.

This should ensure that we are all notified of changes without having to remember to go to the wiki and subscribe. It will also ensure that our changes are archived.

To do this, I subscribed a user called GeoList who's email address is this list.

When we start any new wiki from now on, we should add GeoList to the list of subscribers at the earliest opportunity. This involves logging out as yourself and logging in as GeoList, then subscribing, then logging out and back in as yourself.

To make this simple, why don't you ask me to start up new wikis for now. I'll create the initial page (with instructions at the top) and subscribe GeoList. I'll try to do this on receipt of your email request.

Thoughts?
