RE: Boilerplate text for bottom of FAQs, etc. seeking feedback

Hi Najib,

Let's give it a try. I've seen what I'd call 'serious' Web sites doing it.
It's big advantage is that it is very easy for the user to use. I expect
very few people to take the time to write comments.  If it doesn't work, we
can reconsider later.
