Some more points: - Can you add an item 'specifications' to the left side (or wherever appropriate). The main products of the I18N WG, when seen in the long term, are specifications such as Ruby and Charmod as well as WG notes. These should be easily available one click away from the I18N page. - The line spacing on the left and right side seems very large compared to the line spacing and line hight in the middle.
