RE: Changes to web site

Hi Najib,

I have no clear timetable in mind for the transformation of the site, but I expect it to be a moving target much of the time.  It is possible that people will send comments that mean that the current site will be modified slightly, but that is on an adhoc basis.  Moving to the next major revision will depend on what time I am able to get hold of Shawn and how our discussions go.

Sorry to be so vague, but this is stuff that we fit in as and when we have spare moments (for example, much of the changes I just made were done in personal time in front of the TV last night).
