Hello Najib,

I had a look at the /tmp/ directory. The e'.utf8.txt and the
alif-be.txt file names are encoded in UTF-8 on your server, so
you can use these characters directly in an IRI. There is another
file, but because that filename isn't encoded in UTF-8, even in
an IRI, it has to be written %E9.ascii.txt (and the file name
isn't ASCII either, but I think Richard has already explained
that).
