First Public Working Draft Coming Shortly

Greetings All,

We have a recommendation from Richard Ishida of the W3C to go forth with a
First Public Working Draft (FPWD) of the Ethiopic Layout Requirements
document.  By W3C criteria the document content is sufficient enough in
volume and state to garner feedback from a broader audience.

Exactly when the document is promoted to an FPWD is uncertain, I suspect in
the next 1-2 weeks.  At your next opportunity, please give it a last review
and post any remarks and additions here.  On my end, as patches of time
appear, I'm prioritizing time to advance the stakeholder survey.  Which
could likewise benefit from the addition of survey topics that come out of
FPWD feedback.
