Survey Candidates Added to Wiki

Greetings,

I took a little time to add to the wiki the list of publishers and related
parties that I found last summer:

Please review and add to it any parties that you think are missing that
should take part in a survey to help resolve layout issues and later
validate an advanced draft of the recommendation.

With the exception Agyos and the Ethiopian Writer's Association, I
contacted all that had an email address last July, but had only one or two
responses which simply indicated that the email had been received.

The experience had me realize that it is better not to approach these
stakeholders empty handed and to have a document available for them to
review to better understand the issues and goals.  This gave rise the
survey approach.  Additionally I expect email has little chance of reaching
the right people within an organization and in-person visit will be
necessary, or some internal personal contact needed.
