agenda+ New MathML specification comments

Hi all

I have drafted three new comments on the MathML specification as we discussed in our last meeting. You can find links to them below. I would like to discuss them in the next meeting and wordsmith them a bit before filing the actual issues. We need to file these issues asap, so please review before the meeting.
