agenda+ WCAG-ACT prep

All,

The WCAG-ACT folks have been working on a response to one of our issues. 
As a result of that conversation, they have been invited to the 24 April 
(next week, not this week) call. Adding this topic to this week's 
meeting so we can be prepared.
